King's Cross Theatre - King's Cross

There's a new show out at the King's Cross Theatre showcasing ironically over the love day of the year, If We Got Some More Cocaine I Could Show You How I Love You. Not a minute wasted by the Warwick Doddrell who recently picked up Best Independent Production at last month's Sydney Theatre Awards for Stupid Fucking Bird.

Set on a rooftop in small-town Ireland, it follows crims Casey (Elijah Williams) and Mikey (Eddie Orton), who are hiding out from the cops after a drug-fuelled robbery gone wrong. As the hours pass and the police fail to show up, the two men are drawn together and the ways in which class, ethnicity, sexuality and geography have shaped their lives are revealed. Bleakly funny and occasionally tender, it arrives in King’s Cross Theatre just in time for Mardi Gras.

Oxford Art Factory - Darlinghurst

If you've got a lovesick hangover then rest up and get ready to dance your Friday night away with the House of Sound who are throwing a free anti valentine's day disco to celebrate your independence and renounce the commercialisation of love!

Wherever your Galentines Day leads you, have fun with it, create the love and shower those wonderful women in your life!
